Brief Description of the Activity:

The Department of BCA, TIIPS Greater Noida, organized an Assessment Session regarding ‘Personal Development Program’ for Bachelor of Computer Application IV Semester students on May 12,2023. The Assessment Session Was conducted by Dr. Abha Mishra, Faculty Of Communication along with Dr. Meenakshi Chaturvedi, HOD BCA ,Department, Ms. Sapna Satija, Coordinator of BCA IV Sem .

Dr. Abha Mishra gave insights on Group Discussion through few relevant points. She told students that a GD is inclusive in a hiring process by any recruiter. Hence, it needs to be well versed in the process of Group Discussion.

The tool of assessment was Content of the Subject, Vocabulary, Audibility, Body Language and Clarity of Expression.

Students were divided into groups of seven students . They also took keen interest and shown their best participation in G.D. Their assessment was based on the performance made during the session.
