Guest lecture on Personality Development and Job Internships

Trinity Institute of Innovation in Professional Studies GN organized a Guest lecture dated on 04th October 2024 by Mr. Chandan Kumar a motivational speaker ,on Personality Development and Job Internship in collaboration with Gillette. The event started with the Lightening of the lamp and formal addresses by Prof (Dr.) AbhinnaBaxi Bhatnagar (Director). The session on Personality and Job Internship was a valuable session aimed at equipping students with key insights into personal and professional development. The lecture focused on the importance of personality development and its role in shaping a successful career.
During the session, speakers emphasized the core aspects of personality development, such as communication skills, confidence building, and professional etiquette. These traits were highlighted as essential for creating a lasting impression in interviews, internships, and in everyday workplace interactions.
The lecture also provided an overview of Gillette’s internship program, detailing how students can benefit from hands-on experience, skill development, and exposure to the corporate world. Gillette team also distributed gift hampers among students and staff.
Students gained actionable tips on how to succeed in the competitive job market, including strategies for self-improvement, adapting to corporate environments.
