Visit to The Knowledge Park Police Station for the students of BA LLB

The Department of Law and Legal Studies, TIIPS organised a visit to The Knowledge Park Police Station for the students of BA LLB.

The Students were taken on a tour of the police station, where they had the opportunity to witness various departments, including Reception, Cyber Help Desk, Women Help Desk, Bandigrah, Computer Cell. Students were also provided valuable insights into the chain of custody, the importance of maintaining evidence integrity and the procedures followed during arrest and detention.

Furthermore, the students engaged in meaningful discussion with Police personals, asking questions and seeking clarification on legal procedures, human rights and various challenges in policing.

Such practical exposure is invaluable for budding lawyers as they continue their legal education and eventually transition into the professional world of law.
