Course Duration

Being the best law college in GGSIPU, BA LLB or Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative is a 5-year full-time undergraduate (UG) degree course in law. This 10-semester course includes nine semesters of regular teaching and the final semester for Dissertation and Internship.

Course Intake

TIIPS offers admission to BA. LL.B (H) with a total intake of 60 seats.

Eligibility Criteria

All admission will be based on the candidates' ranks in the qualifying examination, CLAT-UG, 2022, followed by the reservation policy applicable in the state. No university will conduct its Common Entrance Test (CET). Candidates meeting the following criteria are eligible for admission.

Candidates applying for admission in BA LLB course should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in class 12th, the best of 4 subjects including English.

All candidates should appear in the qualifying examination, i.e. CLAT-UG, 2022, conducted by NLU (National Law Universities) on Rotational Basis.

Admission through Management Quota

The institute offers admissions to its 10% seats under the Management Quota, which is the total intake of the course. Candidates interested in getting admission through the Management Quota must have the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

Qualify CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), conducted by NLUs (Consortium of National Law Universities).
