Industrial visits offer students ample opportunities to enhance their knowledge about the industry and gain practical experience. Course Structure

Bachelor of Computer Application at the best BCA college in Greater Noida, TIIPS is divided into two semesters, i.e.August-December and January-May. TIIPS follow the University prescribed schemes to conduct the exams and their evaluation. Each paper holds a total of 100 marks.

Internal Assessment: It contributes 25% of the total marks, covering attendance, written test, assignments and presentation.

External Assessment: It contributes 75% of the total marks of the exam that GGSIP University conducts at the end of each semester.

Passing Criteria: The minimum passing percentage is the combination of Internal and External Assessments. Students must secure a minimum percentage of 40% in each subject.

Course Intake

Being the best BCA college in GGSIPU, TIIPS runs two shifts for the BCA course and offers a total intake of 60 seats for each shift.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants who have passed class 12th from CBSE or equivalent board with a minimum aggregate of 50% with the following subjects,

English as core/elective/functional subject.

Mathematics or Information Practice/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Multimedia & Web Technology/ Data Management Application/ Web Application as compulsory subjects

Subjects must have a 50:50 ratio in the practicals and theory in the non-vocational stream.

2. Besides the above-said eligibility, applicants having a three-year diploma in any branch of engineering from an AICTE approved college with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks are also eligible for admission.

Admission Through Management Quota

Applicants interested in Management Quota seats can apply to 10% of the total intake for direct admission only if they meet the following eligibility criteria.
